MR10™
MR10 is our newest fuel for 4-stroke road racing where lower octane can be tolerated. It's targeted to make the most horsepower under AMA Pro Racing leaded fuel rules. Dyno tests have proven up to a 2 horsepower increase over our MR9 in 1000cc bikes and a one horsepower increase for 600cc's. This translates to as much as a 10% increase in power over pump gas, meaning nothing on the market makes more power than MR10! Because its octane rating is lower than MR9's, it may not be suitable for higher compression applications.

All of VP's unleaded fuels are designed for racing applications, but VP offers several street-legal fuel options that also will help generate optimum power and performance in any high performance automotive application.

Series — The StreetBlaze series is VP's newest family of fuels specifically engineered for high-performance street cars, including sport compacts, muscle cars, street rods and more. In 4-cylinder or 6-cylinder applications or engines equipped with a turbo charger, supercharger or nitrous oxide system (NOS), these oxygenated fuels will generate optimum power and performance. In turbocharged or supercharged applications, StreetBlaze fuels allow an increase in boost without fear of detonation. NOS users can also leverage their higher octane ratings to step up to a more powerful nitrous oxide system. These fuels contain no metal compounds and won't harm catalytic converters or oxygen sensors.

Oxygenated with ethanol, this CARB-legal fuel is well-suited for high-performance street cars. It's environmentally friendly and street legal throughout the U.S. Dyno tests with a turbocharged application proved StreetBlaze 100 generates 14% more horsepower compared to premium grade 91 octane unleaded gasoline. It allows more advanced timing and increased boost in turbo and super-charged applications. Designed for use in cast-iron head engines with CRs up to 13:1 and aluminum head engines up to 14:1. The highest octane unleaded street legal fuel in the U.S. Provides power and protection equal to some leaded racing fuels. Allows even more aggressive timing and higher compression -- up to 14:1 in cast-iron head engines and up to 15:1 with aluminum heads. Typically allows turbo engines to increase boost from the stock 8-10 lbs. to 20-25 lbs. Not universally street legal due to MTBE (see note below).
